Hello, my name is Robert E Bailey, I am a network engineer currently consulting at the NIH Federal Credit Union. I have 11 years overall experience within the Information Technology field. I am a hard working, mission oriented, detailed, and dedicated individual that enjoys working in a team environment. I enjoy learning while working as well as training various levels of individuals. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work with various hardware/software technologies. Also I have been team leaders on various projects including DHCP deployment, ATM switch, router, and hub installations, administration, maintenance, and configuration, NetWare to NT migrations, GroupWise to Exchange migrations, Windows 95/98/NT deployments. I am looking to work with a startup company. My preference would be to work with small system integration/e-commerce companies. These companies seem unafraid to venture into new technology. And considering we as IS Specialist are in the field of technology I feel we would never know enough about technology to consider ourselves experts in any platform.
