Evaluate and implemented new Local Area and Wide Area Network strategies into the credit unions infrastructure including moving users to their local servers for better network performance. Users are now able to access there server for resources instead of the primary server at headquarters. This plan eliminated a lot of network traffic being propagated across the WAN. This step also eliminated the problem when the primary server was inaccessible that all users would have to logout and reboot.
Manage and currently training team of two members in Network Maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration

Managing of network consisting of 119 users throughout 9 locations using NetWare, Windows NT 4.0, RISC/6000 & AS400 systems.
Evaluate, scheduled meetings with vendors, and made recommendations on how to improve network communications between the HQ and branch offices located throughout the DC Metro Area.
